Pillow, I love you.
These little pillows are much smaller than a typical Western pillow. They're each about 8 by 16 inches. They're also not filled with feathers or fluff, they're stuffed with small styrophone like pellets that crush with pressure, so they eventually mold to your preference.
For me, it's the perfect pillow to get under my neck and support so it's just more than laying flat on the matress. I've always loved me a moderately flat pillow, but Kyle on the otherhand is the stacking king. I couldn't believe it, but after sleeping on similar pillows in Japan for a week, Kyle actually traded in his 2 foot high stack of pillow fluff for one of these.

As if it couldn't get any better, they're somehow scented with a soothing Chamolie smell, that one month later stills coaxes me to sleep. In case anyone is curious, these pillows were purchased at our friend, E-Mart.
What in the name of pillow cases are those made of?!
I have no idea, about the origin of typical Korean bedding fabric. Western versions are cotton/silk/synthetic mix, but here it seems to be all cotton and quilted. The top sheet & bottom sheet are this same crazy-stiff, quilted material, and they're unbelieveably stiff & hot. My mom shipped me these delightful Target cotton sheets, and I was happy to put our Korean sheets under our bed.

Bed sheets stoved under our bed, where they won't harm anyone & a rainbow from our window that matches our pillows.

We're silly and adventurous, computer geeks and yoga peeps.

DADDIO ( highly-respected elder! )
These are lovely pillows.
Don't the quilted lines tend to leave stripes on your face?! .....:>)......
Great pillows. Great rainbow. Thanks for sharing.
Your photo looks so happy. That is the greatest sight of all.
Peace and Love!
We miss both of you!

There are loads of Christians in Korea & lots of churches with neon crosses. :) Many of what we consider "super churches" back in the US. According to the CIA Factbook, Christianity is the dominant religion with 26% of the population. Buddhism follows with 23%.
