Huge Bi Bim Bap
Huge Couple Bi Bim Bap
That's one giant BiBimBap (Mixed Rice) served in a mixing bowl.

I imagine this is what Lady and the Tramp would be if it were set in Korea.  Instead of coming together on one spaghetti noodle, their chopsticks would pull at the same piece of fern bracken before looking away shyly.

Don't be shy, tell us "hi"

Really cute idea. I recognize bean sprouts and lettuce. What is the rest? You really eat well (good nutritious food).

you just made me realize that we haven't written about bibimbop - and it's my favorite Korean dish!

red = kimchi (spicy, fermented cabbage)
brown = fern bracken
white/green = more cabbage
dark green = dried, salted seaweed paper with sesame seeds on top

Korean food is really healthy. So long as you like kimchi, you're pretty good to go here!

Nice photos of your snow day veggie experience! Keep working hard, eating and smiling together! Major cold and snow across USA and Europe and China also! Warm regards...

Except for the unidentifiable "black stuff" in the middle....looks real tasty! :)

The stuff in the middle is dried, salty seaweed. I sort of can't believe I'll say it, but it's delicious and I really like it!
