Another nifty thing that we hope to do along the way is to create some "virtual tours" of different places that we go to around the world via google maps. Simply click on each one of the points on the map to see a picture or video of that place. I hope you enjoy!

What a great visual in sharing your environment! Hope you enjoy putting it online as much as I enjoy seeing it!
I keep being ever more impressed with not only what you two are doing, but how you are documenting it. The author/publisher in me says, "surely what you are creating is intellectual property of commercial value!" Or, maybe I'm just in awe of your mastery of technology for keeping, what was for me, simply a personal journal. Anyway, it's great, and keep those cards and letters coming in!
Thanks for all the compliments!!! We really had a lot of fun putting it together, and it´s super exciting knowing that we´re able to share it with everyone back home in a way you all enjoy. We hope to do something similar for many places we go.

Because of your website, Poppa is learning about Kyle's abilities/expertise in the computer world! He was really impressed with the various tricks that could be accomplished with The Map! ("Back in HIS day," among other things, Poppa was an amateur photographer who Built his Own dark room, developing pictures! He was a very high tech guy!) KUDOS from Poppa's World, computer man! - And Poppa loves you, Bess, you Adventuress!
Enjoyed your Virtual Tour once again! This time, being the computer wizard that I am, found that I can REALLY zoom in on what appears to be blocks of streets - floating the neighborhood compliments of my mouse. And I showed Poppa as well. He was as fascinated as I was! His response: How do they GET all that in there? (How DO you get all that in there?) YOUDAMAN, KYLE!!! 8 ^ ')
